The sofa itself is good, but the store seriously needs to consider hiring a better freight carrier.

I was incredibly skeptical about ordering a $1000+ power recliner on the internet without sitting in it first, but this thing is an absolute home run. The brown leather feels thick and premium, not that cheap plastic vinyl you find at local chains. We have two golden retrievers and so far, no claw marks or scratches show up at all. But buyers need to beware of the clearance. Since it's a power recliner, when you fully extend the footrest and tilt the headrest back, you absolutely need at least 6 to 7 inches of space from the wall. Otherwise, the leather is going to rub right against your drywall. I actually had to rearrange my entire living room layout just to make it fit properly. Good sofa, just make sure you measure your space before buying!

The loveseat itself is easily a 5-star product—super plush, beautiful rich brown color, and the modular reclining works flawlessly. Giving it 4 stars only because the freight delivery boxes are massive and insanely heavy. My front doorway is only 31 inches wide, and we had to unbox everything on the porch just to squeeze the base inside. Make sure you have an extra pair of hands ready when LTL drops this off!

The seating is deep and the power mechanism reacts instantly, but buyers need to be careful with placement. Also, the brown color is much darker in person than in the bright studio photos online—it looks more like a dark espresso/chocolate brown. Still a solid, comfortable piece, just measure your space carefully.
